30 Days: |
On
Account, Net 30 Terms are accepted after credit
approval. Please return the completed and signed
Credit Sheet, and allow two weeks to process. All
unpaid invoices are delinquent after 30 days and
will accrue an additional 1.5% charge per month,
with a $2.00 minimum charge. |
| Minimum
Order: |
All
Opening and Re-Order minimums are $75.00. All orders
below the minimum are subject to a $10.00 service
charge. |
| Damages/Claims: |
Any
damages and/or claims must be reported to the shipping
carrier and to Bath Accessories Co.within seven
days. |
| Returns: |
Returns
will only be accepted with a valid Return Authorization
Number printed clearly on the box, and may be subject
to a 20% re-stocking charge. Unauthorized Returns
are levied a 40% handling charge, plus any incurred
freight cost. |
| Back
Orders: |
Out-of-stock
merchandise will not be back-ordered. Please re-order
merchandise. |
| Colors: |
All
colored merchandise will be shipped assorted, unless
specified when ordered. Should specified colors
be out-of-stock at the time of shipping, they will
be canceled from the order. |
